Commercial Complex for C32 District 1-5, Multifunctional Administrative City
The Loop
:a link that unifies the nature, city, and buildings.
A medium connecting the central business district and the adjacent bank stream, is a new commercial business facility unifying blocks, space and people. The linear flow of the urban landscape that intersects BRT road is transformed into a three dimentional loop.
This proposes the activation of the city and presents the building as a link that unifies different programs; city and nature; space and people.
The waterscape arcade embodying a sunken courtgard that resembles the flow of dike and forms the flow of the nature offering a colorful experience of a various of themed spaces and enhances it's architectural presences.
