The site is located in the new administrative and cultural cluster of Yangseo-myeon. It is a potential place for local communities as a new “base” for the town hall in terms of urban physicality and a “resting place” where is unfolded the locality of Yangseo-myeon and the daily lives of residents.

We propose a new ‘Public Place’ as a space that contains the scenery of Yangseo-myeon and the daily life of the local community, and as a place where nature, people, and architecture overlap through various programs on a small scale.
