浣活鎭

We propose to create a place where people's daily lives can be newly unfolded. It is a place, called Wanhwaljin (浣活鎭), as a community space where the original city of Wando can be regenerated and residents and merchants can rest and communicate,

Wanhwaljin (浣活鎭), which we propose, is a base for revitalizing the original city of Wando, and is part of the Wando Central Village Urban Regeneration Project, such as Cheonghaejin (淸海鎭) in Wando, which has historically been a base that played a pivotal role in facilitating maritime trade. As a central governance space for Wando, it is an open platform where residents, merchants, and tourists can gather and unfold a new daily life in Wando.
